A: We are always working on new recipes and experimenting with fun flavors! While our main menu stays pretty consistent, we have a specials menu every month showcasing seasonal breakfast and lunch items.
A: We offer several options for all kinds of dietary restrictions - gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, and more. Our servers are knowledgeable about ways to accommodate anyone, so feel free to ask them for suggestions!
A: Yep! We sell bags of our Canopy Road Coffee blend in stores. Next time you're at your local Canopy Road Cafe, just ask your server or go to the counter to pick up some for later!
A: Just let your server know of any food allergy you are aware of, and our team will take every precaution when preparing your meal to keep you safe. Please keep in mind that while many of our items may not have the ingredient in them, in any restaurant kitchen the risk for cross-contamination is always present.
A: Maybe! We keep a close eye on what our customers love, and often bring back popular favorites from past specials menus. If there's something you want to see return, we'd love to hear from you! Shoot us a note and let us know :)
A: Absolutely! Our online ordering allows you to select your store's location and order directly from there. You'll receive an estimated time until pick up, then just head to the store, grab your items, and go!
A: Sometimes, particularly on weekends, it gets extremely busy and we have to turn off online orders temporarily so our kitchen can manage the in-house guests. If you're unable to order online, please keep checking back! Most of the time these delays only last for a little bit, and we reopen online ordering as soon as we are able to accommodate everyone.
A: We offer delivery through third party services, like Doordash.
A: We do everything we can to ensure your order is correct and on-time. However, sometimes, mistakes do happen. If this is the case, please just give us a call and we'll be sure to make it right!
A: We're currently in Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Tampa, and 30A areas. To find the Canopy Road Cafe closest to you, head to our locations page and check out the map with a list of all our stores.
A: Every day from 6:30 AM - 2:15 PM. We offer our entire menu (breakfast and lunch) from open to close. And we're only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
A: We don't take reservations or call-ahead seating, as all of our locations operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Also, if you are dining with us in a party of greater than 8 people, please keep in mind that due to our small floorplans, we will most likely be unable to seat everyone together.
A: Many of our locations do offer outdoor seating, and some are fully indoors. Our locations page has information about whether a store offers outdoor seating, so you can check before you go!

A: Yes! We love preparing meals for parties, work lunches, and all kinds of events. We have a basic list of our catering options here, but if you need something extra special, please contact us and we'll be happy to put you in touch with one of our dedicated catering specialists who can help you get what you need!
